If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and delete your account.
The Platform maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent profiles, romance scams, and financial extortionists. Users are strongly encouraged to immediately report suspicious profiles requesting money, gifts, or bank transfers using the "Report Abuse" feature. The Platform cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in investigating cybercrimes.
A verification badge indicates only that specific documents were verified at a given time; it does not serve as a comprehensive guarantee of a user's ongoing behavior, intentions, or marital status.
The Platform reserves the right to modify, update, or alter this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the modified Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement, alongside our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and the Platform regarding your use of the matrimony services, superseding any prior agreements.
